Refund & Exchange Policy
We want every Brother to wear his apparel proudly and comfortably. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.
Returns:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags.

Custom-made or personalized items are crafted just for you and can’t be returned unless there’s a mistake or defect on our part.
Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Need a different size? No problem. Send it back, and we’ll exchange it for the right fit (dependent on availability).
