Refund & Exchange Policy

We want every Brother to wear his apparel proudly and comfortably. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags.

  • Custom-made or personalized items are crafted just for you and can’t be returned unless there’s a mistake or defect on our part.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Need a different size? No problem. Send it back, and we’ll exchange it for the right fit (dependent on availability).

  • Reach out to our team before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • Mistakes happen, but we’ll always make them right. Email us a photo and brief note within 7 days at
